Sunshine is right

I found the music to be somewhat fitting for this game, but sunshinedafox DID make a point in his review.

I understand that this is one of those games where you have to "drag and drop accessories" onto a digitally animated person. And frankly, I understand that most of these games are actually quite popular on Newgrounds or any game-hosting website.

But really; THIS "drag-and-drop accessories" game was rather... dull. Why? Well, for starters, his mentioning of the so-called "annoying awesome face meme", apparently promoting "4chanism", IS kind of getting overrated nowadays. Also, you said in the summary that there are eight MEDALS in this game. But do I SEE any medals to grab in this game? I didn't think so.

Now that I think about it, I see the main reason why medals didn't appear in this game was that sunshinedafox claimed that you had to "work a little harder" so that your medals "might actually get approved". I understand that you put SOME effort into this game, which is really great for an elven-year-old like you; but a LOT of effort? Not so much.

Before I forget, let's review the following disclaimer:

"If you don't have a webcam, then don't be stupid and review this and rate 0! If you haven't experienced the game, then why review it?"

Yeah, that can be downright insulting to others.

Don't get me wrong; I understand that you put some effort into it; but really, me, sunshinedafox, and most of us Newgrounders expected better.

Yusuf responds:

there are medals, and they haven't been disapproved, so there's always a chance...

also i went to your profile to see if you had any of the medals, and you didn't, so you didn't even play the game! the medals are for drag and dropping the accessories, and as far as your profile says you don't have any of the medals!

Oh, no! Darcy did... something...! :O

I've waited long for the two-year-anniversary game of "Reincarnation" to come out; and boy was it worth the wait. :D What amazed me was that there are TWO different possible endings to kill Darcy and send him back to Hell (chemicals and arson)! Now THAT'S something! C:

However, the reason why I gave you an 8/10 for this flash is because as soon as you kill Darcy, the victory music doesn't seem to play; that goes the same for the music that usually plays after the victory music. If you could try to fix that, it would be great.

Still, this was a great "Reincarnation" game, as always; I await more. :D

Oh, and Happy Halloween! ;)

LiLg responds:

It plays now! :) Thanks for pointing that out.

Keeping the Wheels of Hell Turning!

This was yet another great mini-game for the "Reincarnation" series! Good thing, too; I need a new "Reincarnation" game of some sort to keep me busy while I wait for the Halloween one to come (that IS what's going to happen, right)?

However, the reason why I gave an 8/10 for this, just like your previous "Reincarnation" game, is that when the male voice on the radio said something like: "I repeat: the number is 555-1984!" Also, Naphaneal did have a point with HIS review; there DOES seem to be such a glitch when you do a scene transition while the demon is talking, and that there happens to be no medals for this game (not ones that appear above the "Author Comments", anyway...).

Still, great job! I can't wait for more! :D

I can't stop playing this!

As the title of this review says, I cannot stop playing this game. I keep on playing it. Over and over again. :D Want to know why?

1. The artwork: Given the fact that this game has somewhat a "Gothic" theme to it all, the art style for this game was very fitting, in terms of how the game's main protagonist was portrayed.

2. The music: As for the artwork, the background music for the different scenes in this game was VERY much fitting. My favorite background songs would be the ones for when Dolly Legs (the character you play as, for those of you who are wondering) explores her own universe, the background music for when she gathers the apples and throws them into the water to find her destiny (at least that's what I'm assuming), and the background music for when she tries to escape the "tornado of souls".

However, if you're wondering why I gave a 9/10 for an epic piece of flash such as this, I have some good reasons:

1. I managed to get the medal for when you get Ozzy Osbourne's autograph on her... place. However, I felt that the element was a random one to be put into the game. However, I know that I shouldn't make a big deal about it, since it was all part of a dream. :P

2. The emotion put into some of the characters' dialogue. I felt that punctuations such as "??????" and "!!!!!" wasn't really that professional, since it seems like something that a crazy, obsessed fanboy/fangirl would do. Just saying.

Still, I hope you continue making games like this. Keep up the good work! :)

Very cute

I thought this flash was very cute, in terms of art style and the design of the game's protagonist. What's more, I thought that the music for this game was VERY fitting. For some reason, it reminds me of what is to be heard in Kingdom Hearts...

However, I have some good reasons for giving a low score for this flash. First of all was the name of the protagonist, "Girl". Although I thought it was humorous, it also seemed kind of bland. You probably should've come up with a better name for the character; maybe... Natasha, or something?

Second, was the level to which you had to find twenty-four four-leaf clovers for the fox. Unfortunately, I managed to find only twenty-two on that level; yet it was still a level that was "complete". I couldn't help but think that this either may be a game glitch, or maybe a mistake in the design of the game itself.

Still, I have enjoyed this game very much. I hope you make more. :)

Best One So Far!

Damn! Out of all the "Reincarnation" games I have played so far, this one has GOT to be the best one yet! I mean, having to kill THREE reincarnies instead of one, as well as the "multiple levels" feature? EPIC WIN MAN :D

However, the reason why I gave you a 9/10 for this game was because at the point where you're close to sending Madam Reaux and her cohorts back to Hell, right when you move to the next room with the elevator, the transition takes a bit longer than usual to perform. In a case like that, it was almost as if there was some kind of glitch in the game. Just saying.

Still, I hope you make more of the "Reincarnation" series. It ROCKS! :D

Too easy

Not bad a game, but I felt that it was too easy, if you ask me. Nothing personal, but I prefer games that are a bit challenging, if you know what I mean. Also, I felt as if this game had little to no plot whatsoever. But that's just me. =\

Good effort, though. =)

Aw... how sweet...

This was a very romantic submission, indeed. But here are some points to which I gave a low score for this:

-This really wasn't much of a "game" kind of submission, mainly because its plot wasn't proper for a "game" submission. It could've been more like a "movie" kind of submission, or something.

-Even if this WERE to be a "game" kind of submission, you could've at least given instructions to how to move the character, as well as give it a proper plot to it. Just saying.

On the positive side, the music to this submission was VERY fitting, and the messages I have seen as well have also moved me.

I'm sure this "Emily" person will be VERY proud of this. Not for this submission overall, but the fact that you were thinking of her.

Yeah, sorry I wasn't being critical enough for you; but hey, I tried.

SamHenkels responds:

Oh it's cool. I really didn't post this on NG so others could see it and rate it; or to show off my skill. I simply posted it because I wanted to show this to my girl as easy as possible, and NG was the best place I knew I could post a flash and have it easily accessible.

Thank you for the feedback, though. I appreciate it.

Oh, goodness gracious...

I'll give you credit for the professional art style, but the reason why I gave you such a low score is that this just HAD to be another response to Kanye West interrupting Taylor Swift at the 2009 VMA award ceremony. And let me ask you this:

Was making something like this REALLY necessary?

For those of you who don't know, in response to this little incident, there have been several Internet memes that also parody this event. Those I do not even DARE to watch; not because I'm a fan of Kanye West's music (and yes, I had to admit it; but I am not as die-hard as those in the dreaded Twilight series), but because I find them to be pointless, unfunny, and stupid.

...Well, all except for the one done by LittleKuriboh, creator of the ever-so-famous "Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series". I'm not really sure if he, too, is upset at West for what he did to Swift (nor do I really even care at this point), but I do know this: the main reason why he did it is to provide comedic effect for his online series, which is something I completely understand.

Basically, what I'm saying is that creating a game like this was a complete waste of time and effort. Nice going, man. Real nice going.

Good, but Gory

I thought this game was fairly enjoyable (I lol'd at the innocent dwarves' lives being abruptly ended by a man-eating plant XD), but the reason why I gave you a low score for this game is that I felt that some of the graphics were a tad too gory, as PieterPJH had already stated out. To me, they were too gory, even for a game that's rated T for Teens.

Still, this is a good game. And judging by the "TO BE CONTINUED..." thing at the end, I'm guessing there's going to be a sequel for this. In that case, I can't wait until it comes out! =D
