[Dolly Fanart WIN]

Nice Tribute!

I, too, enjoyed the "Apples in the Tree" game. I especially liked the colors you used to make this. However, they kind of make it hard to see stuff, especially Dolly holding the apple.

Yes, it makes me mad that it was not but a day AFTER i drew this is when
i learned how to get/use GIMP, so personally, i agree that the drawing
could have been a ton better.

Actually, this is a very good drawing by an eleven-year-old (I'm assuming :P). The shading looked pretty nifty, and I didn't find the colors chosen at all to be dark.

You should be proud of yourself. :)

Dolly's Back!

I had never expected to see more "Dolly Legs" artwork from you. Really; you ought to do more. C:

The reason why I gave you a 9/10 for this art submission was entirely because of Dolly's nose. It's not that I don't like it, it's just that her nose's outline is slightly thinner than her nose's outline in the game itself. But that could be just me. :|

Also, and not to be offensive or anything, but why did you decide to include a duck in this? :P

I hope you make more "Dolly Legs" art submissions! :D

Wow, I didn't even noticed it. I tried drawing her several times from the front, now it's easier drawing her this way than from the side. I put more attention on the hair and eyes than the nose. I think it looks nice, I mean, still looks like Dolly, doesn't she? But I guess you are right, I'll fix that when I draw her again.

The duck, she saw it on a pond and now she just wants to grab it, not the big deal.
It's something like a "scene".

Many questions about her

I've recently played the "Apple in the Trees" game, featuring this girl as the game's main protagonist, and I very much enjoyed it. She is in a style that is both Gothic and beautiful at the same time. ^^

However, I have some questions to ask about her:

1. What kind of backstory does she have?
2. When did you first create her?
3. Will she be seen more often soon?
4. If she were to be voiced, what kind of voice would she have? Or would she be considered a mute?

About your questions...
1.- She has a... mysterious backstory. I can't reveal it yet, sorry...
2.- I created her the same day I submitted this picture!!
3.- She will be in more games, but not soon, sadly :(
4.- Actually she was supposed to have a voice in this game, but you would hear it just at two of the endings, and it would be just a little moan. I just didn't find a good one. I'm pretty sure that she will have a voice in the next games, but she won't speak, she will just occasionally make sounds, like Link. She would have a... cute/mysterious voice, I'm not sure. You know, there's a girl called Lisa Shea on youtube that makes origami videos and I just love her voice! just saying.

Once again, another great picture; the art style is still good, and the characters look original (MOST of them anyway, hint-hint, the review below mine XD)! ...They ARE original characters, right? Or are they characters from a different series?

But before you answer, I KNOW that Argost is the main antagonist from The Secret Saturdays, as stated in the response to the review below me. ;P

The girls are stylized representations of me and my friends' in game characters from FusionFall (as well as all 3 of our fan fictions based on the game).
But even so, they're still original characters since they don't belong in any kind of canon. Thanks :3
